Recovering from Infection.

This notice is not exactly what you (or I) want to see when you go to someoone's website I know but..... According to the Great God Google, the old site was infected with Malware. My hosting site ixwebhosting.com and my spyware and malware protection AVG both said that there was nothing wrong but Google was insistent so I have had to start again.

Therefore, for the next few weeks, none of the links will work.

Dreamweaver CS5 - Best Web Design Tool Ever?

I have started using Dreamweaver CS5 to do this site. I am using a Trial copy which I have downloaded for free. That means I have 30 days to finish the site. I could take longer if I can find the £111 to buy the Student version for the Kids. So, 30 days it is then.

Anyone who spends hours in the car and has an interest in history will love the superb and FREE downloads available from Mike Duuncan (pictured in his early days (left)) at http://thehistoryofrome.blogspot.com/. The podcasts are wonderfully detailed and have a good level of humour and insight. I know that Mike is looking to make the podcasts into a book and look forward to reading it.

What to do in the School Holidays?

Last Summer, we spent a lot of time on the lakes. With a week of Glamping planned in Welsh Wales and the usual smattering of kids activites to break the weeks up, I think we will be left trying to soak up the sun while waiting for the exam results.
